Guardian Info: Contact details (Email/Phone) for billing and emergency notifications.
Staff Info: Credentials and professional profiles for classroom management.

Your data is used to generate report cards, track financial status of student accounts, and secure the login environment. We utilize industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all stored data.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties. Data is only disclosed when required by law or to provide the specific services requested by your school (e.g., payment processing via secured gateways).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Schools retain ownership of their data. Upon termination of service, all institutional data is permanently deleted or returned to the school after 60 days, unless required for legal compliance.
